Keilir Health Academy in the field of health, soundness, sports and pedagogy

Keilir‘s School of Health and Education is one Keilir‘s four schools. It aims to develop and provide outstanding education in the field of health, soundness, sports and pedagogy.

The Health Academy offers two training programs, along with single courses under professional guidance.

The IAK Personal Training Program takes two semesters to finish and is designed to create excellent personal trainers with extended knowledge on individual's health, and on creating individualized training program in the field of strength and stamina training.

Th IAK Sport Training Program is an unique world-class course for training professionals. The course is focused, useful and made for ambitious trainers who want to specialize in strength and state training for professional athletes.

Keilir offers variety of single courses for instuctors in the sector of training and nutrition. The courses are taught by the IAK teachers or by other icelandic og foreign specialists.
