Airports and Airlines Winter Operations  

10 October 2011 in Andrews Theater at Keflavik Airport, Iceland 

During the winter 2010-11 a number of major airports in Europe have been taken by surprise and reacted slowly or lacked the equipment needed to cope with the conditions like last winter. Other airports in Europe, Canada, the US, Russia, etc., equally affected by the weather, have performed excellently, showing that adverse weather need not necessarily to disrupt operations.

September 15 - 16 2010, in Keflavik, Iceland

International conference on the effects of the volcanic eruption in Eyjafjallajökull in Iceland on aviation. The conference is organized by Keilir Aviation Academy in cooperation with Keilir - Atlantic Center of Excellence, Iceland Ministry of Transportation, Iceland Aviation Administration, Icelandic Meteorological Office, Icelandair, the Association of European Airlines and the US Embassy in Iceland.

Summit for Trainers and Coaches 

September 23 - 25 2010, in Keflavik, Iceland

Keilir Health Academy introduces a one of a kind three day Summit in Iceland 23 - 25 September. The Summit is intented for trainers and coaches. Three Speakers from the United States will be teaching at the Summit, one each day with different topics: Performance Nutrition (Dr. Chris Mohr); Youth Athletic Training (Brian Grasso); and Strength development with escalating density training and other density based training models (Dave Jack).

Keilir Health Academy introduces an International Seminar for anyone who's ambition is training. If you are a physiotherapist, trainer or a coacher this is the seminar for you! 100 trainers participated in our last Seminar for Trainers and Coaches, September 2010, with Dr. Chris Mohr, Michael Boyle and Dave Jack. This time Dave Jack is coming back with Eric Cressey and Nick Tumminello. The Seminar will be held February 24th - 26th,  2011, at Keilir Health Academy in Iceland.
