Performance Nutrition
Dr. Christopher Mohr, PhD RD
Dr. Mohr is a nutrition spokesperson and consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including the Discovery Health Channel, The Dairy Council,
Clif Bar, and Nordic Naturals. He is a consulting Sports Nutritionist for the Cincinnati Bengals and is also the Sports Nutritionist for Under Armour’s TNP Training Council.
Through his company Mohr Results, Inc., he works with all types of individuals from soccer moms to collegiate and professional athletes. He often appears on TV as a nutritional guest expert, including an appearance with Chef Emeril Lagasse and another on the Montel Williams Show. He was the nutrition expert for the NY Times Bestseller, "LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout” and worked closely with Fitness Celebrity Denise Austin to create the entire nutrition component of her latest book. He is on the Advisory Board for Men’s Fitness Magazine and has written over 500 articles for consumer publications, such as Men’s Fitness, Weight Watchers, Men’s Health and Fitness, to name a few.
Dr. Mohr has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and University of Massachusetts, respectively. He earned his PhD in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.

Michael Boyle

Michael Boyle is one of the foremost experts in the fields of Strength and Conditioning, Performance Enhancement and general fitness. He currently spends his time lecturing, teaching,
training and writing.
In 1996 Michael co founded Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, one of the first for-profit strength and conditioning companies in the world. Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning exists for one
reason: to provide performance enhancement training for athletes of all levels. Athletes trained range from junior high school students to All Stars in almost every major professional
sport.
Prior to founding Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Michael served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boston University for 15 years. Presently Boyle continues to serve as an
assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Boston University, primarily responsible for ice hockey. In addition to his duties at Boston University, from 1991-1999 Boyle served as the Strength and
Conditioning Coach for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League. Michael was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 1998 US Women's Olympic Ice Hockey Team, Gold Medalists in Nagano,
and served as a consultant in the development of the USA Hockey National Team Development Program in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Michael has been a featured speaker at numerous strength and conditioning and athletic training clinics across the country and has produced nine instructional videos in the area of strength and conditioning available through M-F Athletic. In addition, Michael published Functional Training for Sports for Human Kinetics Publishers.

David Jack
David is currently the Fitness and Wellness Director for Teamworks Centers located in Acton, MA, (http://www.teamworkscenters.com/) and co-founder of “Sports and Life,” a wellness curriculum for schools. For over a decade, David
has developed training platforms that serve professional teams and athletes, corporations, kids, and adults, to help them achieve their lifestyle goals through health and fitness. From NFL
football players to UFC fighters, tri-athletes, and single moms, David recognizes the commonality of individual goals, and their corollary process, a challenge he truly enjoys.
In addition to being a global advisor to Reebok International, David is a regular contributor and national advisor to Rodale Inc, Men’s Health (MH), Women’s Health (WH), Boston Celtics’ Captain, Paul Pierce and his Truth on Health Foundation, andthe International Youth Conditioning Association. Other current projects include; The Nissan Master the Shift Campaign, the MH/WH Belly Off Program, and the FitSchools campaign to help reshape Physical Education throughout the country. David is a national level speaker and contributes to various magazines, TV programming and other projects related to fitness and wellness.
David has always believed that quality of life is his own journey, of which, fitness is a key component. For him, the options are endless and fitness is fun, challenging and supports the other areas of his life. David’s workouts are said to be “out of the box” including, gymnastic movement, speed development, strongman exercises (like pushing trucks and flipping tires), as well as yoga, dance, sport and free play. He focuses on the mental, physical, spiritual and the emotional aspects of life, which are pillars of his training.
